Shipping

We can ship products anywhere in United States using the shipping method of your choice.

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments destination.

Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight and dolar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax.

Your order will be shipped in the next day of order, as long as it can be delivered before the weekend, otherwise it will ship next Monday.

Our products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please Contact Us if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Factory hours:
Mon - Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm

Saturday & Sunday closed
Online purchase shipping hours:
Mon - Wed 7:00am to 3:00pm (any shipment after 3:00pm will be processed on the next shipping day)
Thursday to Sunday no shipping is done. (due to FedEx not delivering on weekends)

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.

Refunds must be done within a week of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

The original shipping are not refundable.

We must receive the products on the original packages, sealed and frozen
